Our Staff

W.L. Pate, Jr., President, has been active in the personnel industry since 1982. He is in the top 1% of consultants to hold dual certifications as a Certified Personnel Consultant and Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist. W.L. has received the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants since 1993 and in 1998 was recognized as Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist of the Year for Texas. He is charter President of the Southeast Association of Personnel Consultants, a board member of the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, and active in the National Association of Personnel Services.

He holds his Bachelors and MBA degrees from Lamar University-Beaumont. As a former faculty member of Lamar University, his insight and knowledge of the staffing industry makes him a sought-after speaker. He is a frequent contributor to national industry publications. W.L. is recognized as an authority in the staffing industry and is often called to provide expert testimony in employment cases. His leadership has brought about positive changes in the staffing industry. He is committed to his industry and community and to furthering ethics and sound business practices within the staffing industry. A retired Lieutenant Colonel of the U.S. Army Reserve, W.L. works hard furthering veterans' jobs and opportunities.

Jennifer will handle the placement of temporary and permanent employees for clients in Southeast Texas. Before joining the firm, she distinguished herself in both the retail and the hospitality industries where her experience prepared her to provide exceptional customer service.
